Help Countrywide Run Around....No Help

I have had my home listed a total of 477 days. I finally got a contract for $265,000. My loan balance is $261,000. I have a $5,200 prepayment penalty. No one will waive it so I can close. I have been calling for assistance since April. I was out of work for 6 months & finally got a job in Alabama. My house is in Wentzville, MO, so I have been paying rent & mortgage for months. I have huge debt now. I have to bring $17,190 to closing on 9/9/08 due to taxes, commisions, etc. I have sent all paperwork required to short sale but no one is helping me. I call several times a day. I can close if they will just waive prepayment penalty & I won't have to do a short sale, but no one will help. The have been rude beyond belief. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them. The clock is ticking to the closing date! Thanks! Cheri S
