Default Help/Suggestions Seek/Next Steps to Take

Hi to ALL My Pals Here!! , I updated a few days ago as I gleefully announced my Mod @ the 6 month term. Now I am going to be able to try catch up on all other Piling up bills..and also think about my Near Future Stradagies(sp.-sorry) on this before 6 Mos are up..1.) First will Request a Rate Mod Freeze for the 5 Year Plan? with HSBC any help/comments or suggestions on how to request this???2.) QWR I sent mine to them approaching that 20 day Mark..Now what do I do?OR better yet..>> what do THEY have to do?? I have NOT heard back from them ((HSBC)) yet.. very near 20 days coming up soon~****3.) How does QWR actually work with that 20 day/and The 60 day time limits for them to act on..???I thought I would Post on here while I had a chance because My home I've been trying to SAVE ( and Now that 6 months ..just 6 months of knowing is a Good thing!! okay Martha Stewart ..but Martha would NOT be too happy wit h my Housework latley!!))Since April I haven't done much of that.. since being stuck by a FAX..a PHONE and my home Computer! HA!! Yes, it took from April (actually before..) to June not as long as some folks on here but boy!! whew am glad to get a break and will need to Know my Next process with QWR letter I sent out as well as The Best Approach to a Longer MOD. (will request the 5 Year Freeze..))ANy & All comments/ suggestions as always are greatly appreciated! I Travel all the time so it is feast or famine with my time.. I promise to check back as Often as time allows and in advance thanks to everyone here! I pray for us all each and every day as we survive to thrive >>from/ Our struggles..!!God BlessTracyann
