|  Homecomings Financial Mortgage Sold to MGC Recently my mortgage was sold to MGC Mortgage. Has anyone had any dealings with them before? Before Homecoming sold my mortgage to MGC, I had a modification to my existing loan with a better APR which reduced my monthly payment about $250.00. Now it is back to over $300.00 more with MGC Mortgage. Can MGC set my APR at whatever rate they want? |
