Default HomeEq my story

I refinanced two years ago with Ameripath Mortgage due to a buyout in a divorce. I was assured that although my pymt was high, once I established my own credit again and showed I was never late, when my loan was set to adjust in two years, I could refi and get it lowered. Well, the two years are up and although I am not yet facing foreclosure, I have contacted my lender and gone back to Ameripath. Ameripath says they cant refi me because my debt is too high and my house wont appraise out. Home Eq says I have to wait until the loan adjusts November 1st to a payment $200 higher before they will decide if they can help me. The only hope they can offer me is best case scenerio it stays the same as it is right now or somewhere between now and the increase of $200.00. I need help. I can no longer afford to pay what I am paying now and cant imagine coming up with another $200.00. I agreed to pay what I am paying now two years ago because my credit score was low and I hadnt worked in ten years prior to the divorce. So I figured I was lucky to have the refi at that time and would have relief at the end of two years. Anybody have any ideas on programs or modifications etc. that can help me get this payment down a bit?Thank you.
