Hi Everyone, Today I finally called HopeNow. After being on the phone with them for about 45 mintues to an hour, I feel a little at ease. But the reason I am here is to give you all this website HopeNow gave me. It is MMIPHASES.com (http://www.mmiphases.com). I spoke with a lady by the name of Savanna and she told me that I may be eligible to have my mortgage paid by going to this website because I was in the state of VA but I would have to fill out some questionnaire. She stated the website also has a lot of good info. I think she said you have to be one month behind in mortgage but no more than three. The information she retrieved from me will be sent to Loss Mitigation of American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc and to another company by the name of Acorn Housing in Washington D.C.which is another company assisting homeowner. There were others (i.e., Hyattesville, MD) but I chose Washington D.C. because it's closer to me. Not sure if someone has put this website out here but I try to relay information that I may think is important to someone out here. RefusetobeStressed
