| I'm trying to understand something about this bill. If the only way a lender will volunteer is if there's enough equity in the house to make it cheeper than a foreclosure and everyone that is struggling has a house that is upside down, who does it benefit? If a Homeowner loses their equity because of declining housing value and then pay 1.5% premium to share future equity and 3% slap on top, who does it benefit. If someone has 300 billion dollars to suck blood from everyone who is in trouble, who does it benefit What good does this bill really do, who does it benefit  Kieran |
