How long does it take?

First of all thank you for this forum. I have been a lurker for some time and decided to come out. I decided to seek legal help with our loan modification about a month ago. Part of the fees I paid was a loan audit to be performed by the lawyer. The audit was supposedly finished more than a week ago. However, the lawyer hasn't contacted me to discuss the results. I've been in contact with my mortgage fraud investigator almost everyday to find out if today was the day that someone would call me, but to no avail. For those who sought legal help, did it take this long for someone to talk to you about your loan audit? What about the results of the loan mod itself? Was your lawyer on top of things with the lending companies? I'm frustrated. I didn't think I would have such a hard time from the one source I thought would be my advocate against the lending companies. Not sure what to do from this point on. Thank you for listening.
