|  HSBC my story Hello there Cat ...maybe we are being extremely optomistic... but...I am getting ready to type up a "Principal Reduction Proposal"...I know what I want to say and I know that I should also provide them with Comparables...is this a waste of time...my lender is HSBC. Also is there anyway that you may be able to help me out with the letter? Or just suggest what I should include along with my "Proposal"... |
