|  I Did my own Loan Modification Hello, I am new to this so I just wanted to tell my story. I have loans with Litton Loan Servicing and Saxon Mortgage Services. I had fixed interest rate with Litton Loan Servicing for 7.7 and got it down to 6.0 fixed for the life of my loan. With Saxon my interest rate was 10.3 and I got it down to 4.87 for the life of my loan. It took me two months with Litton Loan Servicing and only took me 2 weeks with Saxon. By time I worked on my loan with Saxon I already had some experience and sailed right through. This process can be a long one because when you call in no one wants to get you to the right department. I had a lot of problem because I was not late on my mortgage. It can be done all you have to do is work it and educate yourself. God Bless |
