|  I Got My Home Loan Modified!!!!!!!!!!!! My name is Sonvme 1. I was able to get my home modified on both loans following the advice of people here on this forum. THANK YOU!!!!!!I wouldn't have been able to do it without you!!!!!! My first with Ocwen, was at 6.99% an arm due to adjust in April 2009. My second with Select Portfolio Servicing was at 10.99%, fixed for 30 yrs.Giving praises to GOD FIRST, through him was able to get my first lowered to 5.046%, AT A 30 YEAR FIXED, and my second $11,000 reduced from the principle and the interest rate is fixed at 4% for thirty years!!!!Two months grace period before our payments start!!!!!!!!!!THANK YOU!!!!!!!!Please place me in the success column!!!:rolleyes: |
