|  If I Pay the Arrrears, Will That Stop Foreclosure? I am in the foreclosure process and have a court date in less than 2 weeks for the judge to decide on the motion to foreclose and set a sale date, etc. If I am able to pay the full amount past due, will that stop the foreclosure process? I am so leary dealing with Homeq...they tell me that will stop the foreclosure, but I just wasn't sure. Are there any other issues to consider or any downside to paying up in full at this point? |
