| Currently I have a fix rate with Indy Mac on a 80, 20 loan. Indy Mac has the hire loan on my home. To make this story short, I decided that even though I'm not in a due or dye situation, I'm having a hard time keeping up with my payments due to inflation and my income was reduced do to diffent circumstances. I'm in the process of starting a hardship letter, which I have. My question is when it comes down to filling out my monthly expenses. What is the rule of thumb that I should keep in mind? Any help is greatly appreciated. Regards, Lynne Gutierrez |
