IndyMac Modification Story SUCCESS!!

Hi all. I submitted my loan mod application 9/5. I then emailed 4 people as recommended by Cat. Fast forward... 9/23 received letter via UPS overnight mail stating my paperwork is forwarded to Ken German a loan mod specialist on 9/12 and that he will be contacting me 5-10 business days. 10 business days was the 26th called IMB again and they said on 9/23 my paperwork is being "calculated". I am getting nervous and scared. I will be 90 days late on 9/30 which is tomorrow. When does foreclosure start? Should I come up with money to pay for one month to buy time. I really appreciate this website. It gives we hope and courage when I am unable to sleep on most night worrying about keeping this house.:confused::(:eek:
