Hi Everyone Here is a brief story on my runaround I was giving by Indymac Bank:I initially contacted Indymac in March 2008.I talked to representative at Lost and Mitigation department and explain my situation.I was told that I have to be behind on my payments thus I'm not eligible for loan modification program. But I didn't want to do so,because I knew it might affect my credit score and jump my Cr. cards interest rate up,which I absolutely cannot afford. I made 30 dozen of calls and was finally transferred to credit counseling department and spoke to credit analyst,he went over my expenses and it was obvious that I'm in deficit every month.I was told that because of that I qualified for a loan modification program. June 13 2008 I was told that paperwork was mailed to me.After 10 days I called again, because I never received my paperwork and was told that another package was mailed to me,because initial one got probably lost in the mail. So I kept on waiting on my package and calling, and there was always the same story. July 16Th I called the bank again, and was told that I'm not qualified for loan modification pogram. I have asked to speak with supervisor, thinking its some sort of mistake, but she gave me the same answer.I cannot believe that after almost 6 month of our conversations, promises and endless phone calls i was turned down like that.I only want to keep my home.I'm employed and just need to manage my payment. I did sent an email to *Eric Friedman,*wil wait till tomorrow and see if anyone calls me,if not will try to call myself.I guess the other 3 email that cat posted arent valid anymore, but I did emailed anyway, the only one that failed was Delivery to the following recipients failed.
