| I have a 1st of 990,000 and 75k eq line with Indymac. The value of the house is 800,000 on a good day. I am struggling/behind 4 months on the 1st. I was told that they will not help. Then they offered a forbearence with same monthly payments. My income has drop since the purchase of the house. Any help would be great. thanks, Bob |
