| Originally I have a 80 20 loan with Indymac. Later down the road they sold my 20 loan to Citimortgage. Now I have an 80% loan with Indymac. Recent news saying they are under investigation for fraud. They are also in trouble with backing up its customer with their saving. Bottom line is they are in trouble. So is there any way I can take advantage of this situation? Possible loan modification? Cutting down the principle? Anything....I would like to hear some ideas on ways I can save money. Thank you so much. |
