|  Kelly I have a land loan with IndyMac that keeps adjusting. My payments went up over $500.00 a month. I contacted IndyMac to try and re-finance the loan or get some help and they no longer do land loans. Therefore, they could not help me. Now, I am extremely upside down on my loan and do not know what to do. Any suggestions??? Thank you, Kelly |
