|  Loan Mod w/ Homeq Can anyone tell me what to do if your Loan mod is denied???? We do have an attorney, we have went though the whole mediation process. We were told to try to refi??? That's a joke. We also have numerous fraud things with our loan. Our attorney has told us we can take the chance on frighting our foreclosure through the courts, but that dosen't mean we will win!!! At my witts ends. Just don't know where to go from here. Please help |
