|  MGC Not Taking Payments How do you Know if your house is in forclosure? My Mortgage has changed hands recently from Citi Residential to MGC Mortgage Inc., and they are ( MGC) are not servicing the loan, two payments made but have not been cashed and posted and no Mortgage Statements. Very hard to reach on the phone. I feel like my rights have been violated and being taken for a ride for forclosure. Not very nice people, I work very hard for what I have. |
