MGC Not Updating New loans, Posting Payments, or Sending Statements I have been fighting with this company for months now to update my loan, and it looks like I am not the only one dealing with this. My loan was transferred to them on July 3rd, 2008, and they still haven't sent my a statement or posted my July Or August payment even as of today Sept. 10th, 2008. To date I have received only one letter from them apolozing for the delay, and to bear with them. That was back in the beginning of August. I have since talked with 2 helpful reps worth mentioning (the rest were useless), one whom was able to confirm my loan but couldn't tell me when my payments would be posted or when my statement would arrive. Another was recently, when they actually called me disquising the call as a friendly follow up just to make sure everything was in order, when all that seemed was most important to him was August's payment. Hmmmm...The nerve of them! I have been demanding them to take my payments, and even sent Augusts payment in via certified mail, and they are calling me asking for payment? They should be concerned with the hundreds if not thousands of other loans that they still haven't updated yet more so then my payment which was sent in. Perhaps if they weren't so disorganized, then they would see that all of my payments were infact made. They need to be cocerned the slew of complaints against then for not following the law and violating peoples rights, and more so. They should be devoting all of their efforts into updating all of the loans into their system along with payments. This company is not legitimate and needs to be dealt with. For all of you others out there that are going through the same, please contact me here and lets come together and form a suit. I have already taken the necessary steps that I need to on my behalf to protect myself, but we need to take it a step further, so that everyone can also protect themselves. I am currently doing the homework on how to put together a class action suite.
