Modification of Loan

Hi, we bought our home at the top of the market , with an ARM , we noticed that the ARM was going out of control SO we payed the penalty 11 thous. and refinanced for a fixed rate . Home we bought was 615.00 , we have a jumbo loan of 487.00, and a 2nd for 80.00. We have Homecoming Financial for our first . My husband lost his job last year and was out of work for 9 LONG months , we have used up our credit cards, borrowed against my retirement , and used up all our savings !!! He is finally working but we have no back up now and our payments are 4,890.00 a month on a house that is worth 425.00 in this market . We make good money but now we are supporting my daughter and helping our grandkid out . So... we were looking at a company to see if we could modify the loan ,or get a Real state Attorney to help us . We are not behind in our payments and are trying to keep good credit BUT we are in a violte profession IT and they are outsourcing and laying off all the time . Sorry to be so long on this one , any help, names of good attorney would help . We live in Elk Grove ( Sacramento, California ) thank you
