| My name is Rich and I work at a law office. I just wanted to share some information. The only way to know that you did everything possible to modify your loan and lower your mortgage payments is to hire a real estate attorney. The second best way is to do it yourself. The banks would rather work with the home owner directly than a company that is not a law firm. |
