Default NationStar Nightmare Don't Want to Lose My home

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. We refinanced our mortgage with them June 07 at a 10.5 percent interest rate. Our mortgage is 3180.00 and we should never had qualified for this amount. Due to my being laid off, death in the family and money mismanagement we fell behind and are currently 8 months in arrears. Nationstar approved a loan stip which would have brought our payments up to 4100.00. The packet we submitted was based on gross not net income which is a huge difference. We are not able to bring our account current, and since our loan is due to adjust (it is an ARM), we need help in getting the payment reduced and adding the arrearage to the end of the loan. I am at my wits end and don't know what else to do at this point. No foreclosure date has been sent, but I know we are running out of time.
