|  Need Advise I am in need of your advise. I am having investment property It is fourflex rental appartments units with a business partner. We are in trouble. Out of 4 apartments 3 are vaccant from 3-4 months so unable to pay the monthly mortgage. This property has loans with 2 different lenders. We are planning to do a sort sell but having fear in mind. In this situation suppose if first lender agrees to do a sort sell then what are the steps does second lender will take? Can he take our personal property like as cash from the Bank checking account to collect his loan amount? Please advise me what I need to do that 2nd lender will take any action against my personal property. Thanks. |
