|  Need Attorney In Az This is my first post here. I am in the process of getting a MOD on my first with Litton Loans. They tell me it could take up to 60 days to get an answer. I have a sell date of 12/29/08 on my house and they are telling me they can do a payment arrangment if i come up with 1900.00 to push the sell date out. Is this worth it? My payment would go up 400.00 in order to catch up - doesn't seem like a viable option for me seeing I am already have issue paying both my first and second. I am looking to hire an attorney. Any advice would be great. I am in AZ. THanks, |
