my husband and I have faxed in all the paperwork to Citiresidential and are praying for a positive outcome. We have just had a recent round of bad luck in the last year and we are in foreclosure. This is scary and embarrassing because we know all of this is public. The one person my husband talked to said they couldn't help everybody which is very disheartening then another says we just have to wait. We are scared to death we have received a certified letter and a summons this past Thursday and the one person said our foreclosure was on hold but the clerk of courts said they had not been notified. Has any body had any luck with Citi? We live in OH. And will tis mortgage bill help us if it is passed or is it too late for us?
