as most of us have not prepared for this years season of heating oil and gas.In most places cost are up well over 30% from last year.and when doing your budget work sheet. you should call your provider and see what you would pay this year if you used the the same amount as last year.I am afraid this cost is going to put those familys on the fringe over the edge creating more havoc and foreclosures further lenghtening the turnaround.am i pessimistic. maybebut how many familys have 9 to 5 factory jobs that just get by that will be put in peril by this(my sister for 1)
