Ocwen Forbearance agreement trashed my credit Can't get home equity loan

My mtg company is OcwenI'm a single mom w/ 2 teenagers.About 2 years ago I got in real trouble with my mortgage. Ocwen offered me a Forbearance Agreement where I make my payments on time + a few extra dollars towards the past due. I was under the impression that after the 2 year agreemnt it would be all cleared up. NOT !!!2 years later my credit is trahed !!! It's below 500. All this time I've been making my payment on time but all that past due is / was still being reported to the credit agencies as past due so many months on my mortgage. And those few extra dollars toward the past due did NOTHING !! The past due was compounding additional late charges and what not. The original debt has almost doubled.In recent months, I've gotten in finncila difficulty again over other stuff now. I have Dr bills for an "at risk" teenage daughter in crisis, other bills have fallen behind that are causing negative reporting to my credit, the ex is behind on support. I'm up to my eyeballs in payday loan debt and about to lose my car because the payday loan payments are eating up my paycheck for other bills.Just a few months ago, I contacted Countrywide for a home equity loan. The guy I spoke to siad "why did they do that? Go back to them and negotiate a loan modification". Which I did.I make so many payments on time under the new agreement and then all the ugly past due will be tacked on to the end of the loan and I will begin being reported as current.But It will be at least a year before my credit will begin to make a turn around but I'm still in trouble with all the other stuff now.I need quick relief but can't get even a secured home equity loan to save my life.
