Ocwen modification or refi somewhere else

Hello I have looking thru the post and have found some interesting things and idea. But I have a question. I need advice quick. I was going to try to do a loan modification with Ocwen but it makes me nervous. Should I try a Mortgage relief refi???Here my loan with Ocwen right now$2860007.85% fixed for 30 yrsnever late yet!!!! But things are getting tighter and tighter for us.My husband lost about 28 hours over the cost of a month and that money help alot. You see our cards are just about maxed out due to my daughter getting married last year and what we had left we have been using to pay bills and food. What do you think loan mod with Ocwen or where should we go for refin chance? I did call and get papers from Ocwen email to me to fill out expense report, authorization to come on the property to inspect inside the home. and we have to do the hardship letter which I have no idea what to say in our case. Please any advice would be appreciated. Oh by the way we are in Mass.thank you
