Title I just couldn't Resist! Okie Dokie I am just peachy right now I don't know whether to laugh..Cry or Scream from Utter JOY! HSBC finally approved me for my Loan Modification after my dubious affairs with fax machiones .. Office max... and a TON of Calls I thought I'd never see the Outside of my Home Office~ I was approved at a ^ month 4,25% and goin g DOWN (( YES D O W N! ..woo-hoo..)from $1645.00 mtg. payemnt to $1058.00~!! And for Goodness Sake The English speaking HSBC rep. today Low and Behold was Also Named Moe!! thanks Moe to you and yr Incredible Loan Safe Site and everyone ((Cat )) everyone's encouragement ..I could go on an d on with names from here! I never thought the day would be so soon truthfully I was getting very frustrated and depressed.. and not even sleeping Boy am I goin g to sleep tonight!What happens Next is the call in Oct. 08 when it will go back up in Nov. 08 to re-apply and hopefully by or before then a Fixed rate package too! I know I must have some typo's in this letter I am too excited to type~ I just got back from my home mailbox and letter of confirmation was there as well. Now I finally have also a English speaking and understanding extention # to HSBC!! Gosh I hope an d Pray he doesn't change Jobs! he said he just started ..Well, My folks here I am in much NEED fo r some rest and relaxation!Next venture is my HUGE Yard sale to catch up on som e thingsMid July ..~ This whole Process since April (actually before) has sucked the Life out of Me ..but I will tell you what it is so empowering to have WOn even a Piece of this Prize.. and Now I can Pursue some Laundry!!
