Good Morning forum! I am having troubles receiving return response and action from the Loan Modification department regarding my situation. I came across a Mr Jaberi's email on this awesome forum and I have emailed him this morning hoping and praying to hear back from him.This was/is a temporary hardship I am dealing with and I can pay my fixed rate mortgage..I need the high interest rate adjusted and a payment plan set up to help with the arrears...if they amortize all the late fees and garbage they added in my payment will go up exponentially.I am employeed, same company for 3 years, but had my salary cut due to restructuring. I have lived at this property and had my loan with GMAC for over 7 years. (Refi-ed after divorce) But, I am going on 3 months without payment because they have rejected all of my auto-pays I have set up. I am getting scared I am running out of time. Someone please tell me there is something I can do to save my home for me and my two children...
