Default PMI and closing documents

I am not sure where to post this, I will post this here. It can be moved if needed.I have PMI on my loan since I refi'ed with 83% LTV. I have on of those ARMs with IndyMac and they wont help with loan modification.I am reading up on PMI and something I noticed was at closing, there must be information in regards to cancellation and termination of PMI. I looked through out my loan paper and I can not find anything in regards to this. I do see where PMI is part of the loan, just nothing in regards to canceling it.Question.. would this be in violation of federal law? Something I could use as ammo against IndyMac?Thoughts?ThanksJacob
