predatory lending/foreclosure

Yes me and wife fell victume to predatory lending (http://www.predatorylendinglaw.org) by are mortgage company called fremont investment & loan they put are monthly income at over $4,000.00 dollars a month and we only bring home $1,800.00 a month and are monthly payments are $1,714.00 with a intreast rate at over 11.35% they were all so supposed to pay off are van and didnt do that either so we lost that back in august they also didn't escrow are house insurance and property tax in like they said they were going to do they all so said they were going to repair are credit reports but instead they buried them in the ground. We were all so told that after six months if we kept are payments up on time that we could refinance we did just that we kept them up on time so in april of second of 2007 we called to set it up they said give them four days to set it we did they called back and said that me and my wife had to get married so we did on april second of 2007 they said to fax over the marriage liscens so they could finish it they said give them another four days i gave them five days and then called them back after all that they said that they couldn't touch us for two years. So now because of all that lieing to us they are now trying to foreclose on us we haven't heard any thing from them for a year no payment statements nothing they tryed to foreclose on use last year back in october we went to court and every thing and then when we went to court on the last day they pulled every thing out of court we have been trying to get legale help to go after them but we cant find no one to help us out i have contacted are govenor are state attorney are presadent of the united states no luck there with any on i have been trying to find a attorney that will take are case and get paid after the case is won but no luck there. Im trying to get a loan to get a new house but i cant because the mortgage company called fremont investment & loan like i said they destroyed are credit reports no one wants to touch us because of the company and now they raised are monthly payments to over $2,000.00 dollars that is way to much for us to pay i only $623.00 a month on S.S. I and my wife brings home $1,200.00 a month and that is it i mean come on we have three boy's to keep a roof over there heads but this company wont let us they wont even work with us i admit we are like behind on payments but they wont try to help us so we can get the payments down below a thousand dollars we haven't even gotten the hud 1 form that they say we are supposed to get i have asked them for it but no good and write now me and then wife are both on anxity pills and stress pills because of these guys and because of them stressing me out i ended up in the hospital do to a low blood surgar i all so had a seizure and bit my tounge really bad do to all the stress that they have put us under all i am looking for is for attorney to help us out you now take are and get paid after we win the case.
