Default Predatory lending... Need help FAST

PLEASE HELP!!! Hi, I am a mother of 2 little children (2 years & 10months). I am in a serious mess. My loan (started in Oct of 2005 from Accredited Home Lenders) changed on me before signing. I did not really think much of this. Then I found out I needed to provide taxes and insurance which I was sure was one of the great incentives of that particular loan. 2 years later I find myself in medical hardship. Like any responsible individual, I decided to sell the house (for sale by owner so it would be cheap enough and easier to sell). on the closing table end of August of 2007, I got a call from the escrow agent that I had a prepayment penalty. Absolutely sure that this was impossible, I called my lender and as their usual conduct is they verbally abused me and let me know clearly that I had agreed to to it - they had documents to prove. no big deal then - I thought to myself. Surely with an impecable payment history with them and only a few weeks to the end of the PPP, they would work out something for me. Yep! I was mistaken! They would not burge. They did not consider proration, just a flat rate. As far as they were concerned I signed and that's that: About $8,000 (5% of loan) was what they wanted. Sooner than later I became a crying, pleading fool that needed help. Even though they were informed of the hardship I was going to face. To cut the long story short, the sale fell through and I even had the buyer breathing down threats. After my surgery, I started to miss payments and before I knew what was happening; Foreclosure and then trustee sale. During this whole time, I was trying to work things out with them. Still getting interested home buyers and or renters but I just couldn't work out a deal with the company. I was even told that they were not a charity organization! With no where to turn, I filed for bankruptcy. This stayed the trustee sale action which was on May 16th 2008. Unknown to me (and the BK attorney), they continued the sale (or made some sort of proclamation) - DURING BK!! They filed for a relief from stay, and got it on the 24th of June 2008. I was informed of this, evening of the 25th of June and bought the house back on the 27th! I would not have even known this if they had not decided to change the locks on my house. again without going through the right eviction process. I really need help people and please do not tell me that it's too late. The property is still in my name and they can't change title for another 10 days. I know they have violated several fedral regulations. They also have to state on the title change that they followed certain regulations (which they did not). I believe I can get my house back. I just need to do something right now to stop them in their tracts so I can have enough time to work on the audit. I was NOT given a 3 day rescinding disclosure. How can I stop them? Please help!! Thanks Angela
