Problems still and again

Thank y ou. In April (with zinomortgage's help) I was able to get Option one to put my property(which is in my nephew's name) into Loss mitigation. On August 4th we were told'that we had been denied restructuring or whatever because not enough income topay for the loan. (duh). Yesterday late afternoon, someone comes to my nephew'sdoor, hands him a piece of paper which basically says that This real estate company is assigned this "bank owned" property and had we received an eviction notice yet????. No notification, no mailings no phone calls. What is my next step?The person that called my nephew on August 4th was from American Home Loan Services....denying respite &said that he had about 5 more months before proceedings would reach their conclusion. I think I should tell RE CO tohold off but they are not answering my calls. Next, get in touch with AMHL.Hello everybody:It’s Black gsd and the above is what I emailed to Cat this morning. She graciously has been giving me pointers throughout the day and I’d like some more input from some of the restof you and Moe since I’ve had a whole lot more happen late afternoon and early evening.Here goes:I’m the 70 Y.O. , low income individual who is trying to do this by myself .(sob, sob((tee hee)).Anyway, I talked to the RE woman who was very pleasant but knew little. She did ,however, give me the name and telephone no. of the lawyer who was in charge of evictions. I called him and he finally got back to me around 5:30. I told him that we had no indications or notification of foreclosure. He said that he could hardly believe that and someone must have removed thenotice, yada, yada,yada. I said absolutely not as I was right there. Silence. He then asked if I were an occupant. Yes, said I. At which point he advised me he couldn’t talk to me. Beforehe stopped talking he said he thought eviction had been filed but not recorded....lapse, etc.I really don’t care because the point is thatI have NO NOTIFICATION. At Cat’s suggestionI called the county and nothing shows any differently.Next thing that happens a security Company is on the property and I told the guy there was mix-up.Everything was very amiable and he left. Then I noticed that he was in the house (not mine) and I told him to leave. He said he’d talked to his boss and he’d told him to take pictures. I told him to get out and to do it now. First thing in the morning I will call Am. Home loan ( the Eviction guy said to do that before heshut down). Cat had said earlier that she thought I should lawyer-up. It’s been quite a day andmy emotions have been running very high. HELP PLEASE. I was awake until 4:30 this morning and am about to fall on my face!
