Default Provident Funding, in AZ

So my story goes a little like this... Had a good paying job in the private sector, the company downsized and I was let go. I used up my 401k to survive except the amount I may have to pay in penalties to the IRS. I live a simple life, I don't have expensive cars with spinners, plasma tv's, tivos and trinkets galore. Both my cars are over 150k in mileage (paid for), I didn't have CC debt till a run of bad luck (divorce, legal fees, surviving). My prized possession is a motorcycle which I'll be selling soon.I finally start working tomorrow. But the pay is almost 30% less. I notified the lender while I was unemployed, with a hardship letter and that I'd be willing to short sell or if a modification was possible that would work. I've already written off the house after seeing how much less my pay is. This was confirmed with a call from the lender. She said I could short sell, and a modification would increase my payments because the rates are higherthan what I have. Loan 270k, with 250k as the primary 20k as a heloc. Both were taken outat the same time and are through the same company. If possible I'm looking for Attorney Arizona that is paid via the lender, as I am almost out of money. I'd like both loans to be dissolved with the short sale.
