Quality control Letter - Fannie Mae

|  Quality control Letter - Fannie Mae Hi, does every one have any experience of this? The person who gave me a gift letter for my closing last year has recieved a QC letter from Fannie Mae.The letter asks him to confirms the gift letter and that he gaved me the money for the closing. I am currently under foreclosure. What does this mean? Is there a reason to be worried or is this "standard" procedure when Forec. process appears? Thanks for answer! |
