question about loan documents need help

hello everyone i am still waiting for asc if they are gonna give us another chance spoke with them early this week could take over 45 days they are reveiwing it the negotator has it have a few questions i found my loan doc from the closing which was aug 2005 which was with first continental mortgage and investment then in sept 2005 they sold it to ocwen we made 1 payment to ocwen then they sold it to asc now the forclosure papers say as follows plaintiff hsbc bank,usa national association, as trustees for first continental mortgage and investment it also says in the forclosure papers it was duly excuted and deliverd to mers, inc as nominee for first continental mortgage and investment i dont understand any of this cause asc is our mortgage company and wells frago is where the negoator is so how could first continental still own if it was sold twicei also have the truth in lending disclsure statement but i dont know what to look for if some one could help should i ask for a QWR from asc thank you cathy
