|  Renters and foreclosure I have a rental with a tenant in it. Will they evict him on the day of the foreclosure sale to the lender or will they give them 30 days notice to vacate? Tenant wants to stay as long as possible might even make me a last minute offer. What would be the lastest he could make an offer before the foreclosure sale? |
