Hello to you all, I just join on too this site to get information about Saxon mortgage co. I am trying too help my grandmother save our family house that i grew up in.. We live in Hawaii and right now along with everyone else in the world we are facing hardships and trying our best to survive! I am in the hotel industry and along with everyone else i know we all depend on tourisum and with the airline crisis and the high gas prices and now layoffs is getting harder too keep up with everyday living here in hawaii... Especially with the mortgage payments for the house.. My father and i tried to ref. but we dont make enough to qualify and now i dont know what else to do...We cant afford the back payments that they are asking for and i dont want it too go into foreclosure... If anyone can help us out i really appreciate it!
