SAXON Incompetence

I posted a thread previously about my issues with Saxon. I am still struggling. I have sent them 4 certified letters. I have received responses from all of their responses indicated that they were responding to a QWR however, based on the information from Cat, I only included the term QWR on the last one. They increased my payment for April without any explanation. I had spent several wasted hours on the phone with their CSR's to no avail. Therefore, I sent a letter requesting the information that I was requesting over the phone. I received a response that they received the letter and should receive something within 20 days. They sent me something - nothing of value, nothing that was requested. So I sent a reply to that response - sent it certified and copied the investor which was listed on the NOD. This letter also received a form letter stating they would respond to my request. Within a couple of days I received a (form) letter stating they made a mistake in the interest and would apply any unapplied payments and my payment was back to the original amount from before April. I had paid current through July. I looked on line to find out my payment was increased AGAIN for August. I did not receive any notification of the increase. So this time, I sent a QWR using the sample on the web site, asking for EVERYTHING. I then receive another (form) letter stating they made another mistake on the interest they were charging and my interest rate is even "less" than the previous form letter, yet the payment they listed on the letter was the "increased" payment for Aug. - That does not make sense to me. AND then, my tenant, because this is an investment property, sent me a letter "he" received from Saxon dated a day AFTER the one I just listed stating my payment was going to increase beginning Sept. 1 to the amount they already have on the web and statements for Aug. and to top it off the interest rate is different AGAIN. I have paid Aug. based on the previous letter from July. I am not sure what they are doing. Do you suggest that I hire an attorney before I continue? I cannot take much more of their incompentency. They still have NOT sent me anything that I requested from the previous 4 letters and the last letter was sent to the property address even though - the mailing address has not changed since inception. I am not sure what their tactics are. Can someone look at these letters they are sending me and maybe explain what I am missing? Thanks in advance. This site saved my primary residence!
