Saxon Mortgage

Hello everyone, My name is Gwen and i have a mortgage with Saxon, my delima began when my husband changed jubs for better money April 2007, things were going good for a couple of months and the job went south, he went without work for 2 months, i kept in contact with Saxon as we had gotten behind on 2 months he finally got work in September and we kept in touch with Saxon they stated try to get caught up, which was impossible and finally by the latter part of November we relealized this.So i explained we will be unable to get caught up and what were our options, they were willing to work with us,so stated they could do a re-cast on our loan with a modification(their words), it sounded wonderful we would be back on our feet, we went over all the procedures and they stated they would fax me the paperwork. (In the mean time we were making payments.) So I waited for the paperwork for a couple of days, no sign of the paperwork, so I called they told me they were very busy (OK) they would have it out to me within 48 hours, still no papers called back they stated they sent the papers I asked what # they were sent to she stated she couldn't tell me that info so i gave her my fax # again long story short i got the papers the week before Christmas, got everything organized they needed faxed back, called the next day to verfiy they got my paper work they did, she said I woold here from someone in the work out dept within a week, with the holidays i waited the first week of January i called to make my pymt and they stated they could take it we were 2 months behind, I stated we were waiting for a loan moification, she stated they never recieved anything from me, so i faxed again and they would not take my pymt till this was settled, i called 3-5 times a day everyday to see if it was a assigned to someone finally it was assigned the on the 1st of Feb and she had 15 days to work this out, and i keep asking csr reps I do not want my home to be foreclosed so i called her 5-8 times a day and i never got a return call to this day, they put my home in foreclosure on the 15 Feb i have fought with theses people i have been spoken to like I am a common crimminal, one girl even told me if i made my pymts i would not have this problem to begin with, so finally i got some resolution in April gave them $3500 and they were to waive half the legal fees and the late fees so i think we are good to go make my pymt in may, go to make my pymt in june and they said i broke the agreement that i missed a pymt, so I have had it and i called a local mortgage company who could do nothing for me annd he refered me to this site, *_and i called Gregory Paiva law firm, and_* *_i was treated with such respect expalin my situation and they refered me to Ron Higgins with there firm_*, and he to treated me with respect and he returns my calls better yet he calls me to see if i have any questions go figure. i am sooo sorry i have rambled on but THEY WILL NOT GET MY HOUSE, I have worked to had and just ran into a bad situation. thanks for letting me ramble and i will keep you updated, thank the Lord for this site it keeps me going daily
