Saxon Mortgage Co. I am a real estate agent in Indiana, wondering if anyone out there can lead me in the right direction.I am the agent of the buyer, This home was approved for short sale months before I came into the picture. Anyway to make a long story short... I have submitted numerous offers on this home without any communication from Saxon. The listing agent is just as frustrated as I am.I have never in my career dealt with a company as unprofessional and screwed up as this one. They have denied recieving calls, denied recieving faxes, failed to intiate any communication whatsoever! They have even went as far to say that a rep we at one time spoke with in loss mitigation "has never even been employed with their company now or ever! UNBELIEVABLE! My question is this: What purpose would it serve for them to approve a short sale, name their price, recieve a contract for FULL listing price and continue to move forth with a sheriffs sale scheduled in less than 10 days now? I just don't get it!It's not even about the house anymore...the sellers and buyers have both come to the conclusion "it's not going to happen!" It's a matter of principle and justice at this point. They are trying to do whats right and are still getting the shaft.I don't care how many hours I have to put in, or if I NEVER make a dime from this! I feel I have been brought into this for some "higher reason" to see justice through no matter the cost!who do I call? my state rep, FTC, BBB (I'm sure there is a long list of complaints) What can I do as a third party to help ensure they do not continue to take advantage of people? Is there anything we can do to stop this sheriffs sale in less than 10 days? Is there anything we can do to help these people?Any and all advice is welcome! |
