|  Short Refinance I currently have an interest only arm through First Franklin. I am current and my rate is due to adjust in August. They have advised me now that they are offering a short refinance. Has anyone had any luck with this or even heard of it?I currently mitigate for a home counseling company and this is the first I have heard of a Short Refi. |
