|  So much effort to modify w/ no results Hi there. I'm unsure what to do. I've been trying to communicate w/ WaMu since 11/07 (in writing, by fax, by phone) to loss mitigation, etc. with no results! Even a fax to the president of the home lending (David Schnieder) got next to none results. Do I need to be in default before they can modify? I am 1 month behind - and it is clear I got behind when my ARM mortgage adjusted. I am a working single mom w/ 2 kids. Help!: |
