|  Specialized Loan Servicing LLC Hello wonderful people in this forum who have helped me a lot with my loan mod battle with Countrywide and GMAC, both of which were successful. Now, I need to start my mod application with my second loan with SLS - Specialized Loan Servicing LLC in Colorado. Anybody knows who is the main person to contact or at least the phone # to their Loss Mitigation Department? This particular lender is not in the Lender Contact List yet. Did anybody have any experience dealing with them on loan modification? I need to ask them to lower my interest rate. It is 11.250% right now. Thank you so much for any advise you can extend. |
