|  Started loan modification with Bear Stearns on 7-1-08 I have my house up for sale, and I have 16 months left on a 3 year hard pre-pay. I tried to get them to re-negotiate the hard pre-pay, but of course they didn't. I refinanced 20 months ago, does that qualify me for the "mortgage forgiveness debt relief act"? thanks |
