Hi, I am so happy for all the information on this site, this is my firsttime here. I feel like I was living in a world where no one understoodwhat i am going through and now i have found you. Well here is my story,mtg. indymac they have been very good to me twice worked out mod. forme in less than 12mths. I have defaulted twice, received letter from their attorney notice to state if i can cure default in 45 day. Unemployed really want to keep home, working very hard on securing employment, prepared to stay in the fight right up to sale. What steps can i take to stall the process while i look for employment? |
