|  Time to hit the ground running.... And fast. Found out today that the lender just put us in foreclosure status. After I had worked out repayment details with them. Now I need to solve this, and fast. First, to litigate or not?? Hire an attorney to help us wade through these treacherous waters full of sharks? Second, she said the foreclosure would go on our credit, but does the the word foreclosure trash us, or does it have to be sent all the way through to the end? I.e. Sale? Third, I need advice, research, options..someone get to me I WILL NOT LOSE THIS HOUSE!!!!!!! I REFUSE TO!!!! Anyone wanna fight with me come on along...... BTW, lender is First Franklin....depending on who you talk to, they are either bad or good, but never great.... |
