Wachovia PAP Loan

Hello all, I'm new to this forum and I've never been in this situation. I have a PAP loan with Wachovia and I have been trying to get some assistance. Reading these blogs only puts me at ease because I know now I'm not the only person out there that is going through tough times. Wachovia has been very difficult to deal with and they keep telling me the same thing they don't modify their loans....I'm so frustrated. Sluja can you please give me that information to the Thrift Supervision and Majedesi the Government lending department. Wachovia and this pick a payment loan has been a nightmare for me. I could afford the payments but I was diagnosed with Lupus and Fibromyalgia and unable to work only getting disability now and they won't help. I got involved with an advocacy program called NACA to only get the run around with a counselor who claims they asked for a modification with Wachovia who is my servicer and Worlds was the original lender and they denied it because I am predeliquent. I have not missed any payments nor been late for the last 4 years on this ARM loan, over the last 1 year i've been paying the interest only payment so my balance has gone up over 20k on my principal. No equity in my home now since paying only the interest and no help in my horizon. I'm very ill and at my wits end just want to give up.
